Cancellation Policy
**Summer’s Dream Tanning Studio Walk-In Policy** Summer’s Dream Tanning Studio operates on a walk-in basis. We do not accept appointments or reserve specific tanning times. Visit us during business hours to use an available tanning bed or stand-up unit. **Online Purchases** You may purchase tanning sessions, packages, and memberships online. Your purchase provides access to the tanning services included in your selected option, subject to its terms and expiration date. Purchasing online does not schedule an appointment, reserve equipment, or guarantee immediate availability when you arrive. **Arrival and Availability** Check in at the front counter before each tanning session. Our staff will verify your purchase or active plan, confirm your eligible tanning level, and check equipment availability. Walk-in service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to equipment availability and required cleaning between sessions. Wait times may vary. Access to a particular bed or stand-up unit cannot be guaranteed. **Customer Requirements** Complete any required intake forms and acknowledgments before tanning. All sessions are subject to studio safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and staff instructions. An unlimited plan does not override these requirements. **Packages and Memberships** Visits must be used within the applicable plan period and are subject to the services, usage limits, and other terms of the purchased plan. Please review those terms before purchasing. **Cancellations and Scheduling** Because we do not schedule appointments, appointment cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show procedures do not apply. Purchase refunds and membership cancellations are governed by the terms of your purchase. Please contact the studio with questions about your purchase, plan eligibility, or walk-in availability.
